What we collect, why, and for how long.

What we collect

  • Account data. Email address and the IPTV plan you bought.
  • Payment data. Handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Support data. The messages you send to support@ottv.org or WhatsApp, plus anything you share to help us debug your issue.
  • Technical data. Basic server logs from the website and the IPTV servers: IP, user agent, time of request. Kept for security and abuse prevention.

Why we collect it

  • Run your subscription and deliver the IPTV service.
  • Process payments and refunds.
  • Reply to support requests.
  • Detect fraud, abuse and credential sharing.
  • Comply with the law where we operate.

How long we keep it

Account and payment data is kept for as long as you have an active subscription, plus the period required by tax law in our jurisdiction. Server logs are rotated within 30 days. Support transcripts are kept for one year after the last message.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to deliver the service: payment processor, email provider, customer support tooling, IPTV server backbone. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@ottv.org from the address on the account. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies for things like keeping you logged in. We do not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, we will say so here and use a privacy-respecting tool (no personal data sold).

Changes to this policy

If we update this page, the date at the top changes. Material changes are also emailed to active subscribers.
